Guanahani Village consists of 35 three-story, three-bedroom villas that feature either garden or ocean views from private patios. All accommodations include a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and a washer/dryer.

Guanahani Village is located on famous Cable Beach in the Bahamas, less than a mile from both the Crystal Palace Casino and the Cable Beach Golf Club. The Straw Market and downtown shopping are five miles away. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, laundry facilities, and free parking. Guests can access the barbeques in the outdoor picnic area for recreation.

Located in south Nassau, Waterway Condos offers five two- and three-bedroom suites in a two-story building with exterior corridors. Amenities include separate living areas with sofa beds, ceiling fans, cable/satellite TV, and enclosed balconies or patios overlooking the ocean or canal. Full kitchens include coffee makers, microwaves, refrigerators, and stoves with ovens. Suites also include washers and dryers. No elevators.

Waterway Condos is adjacent to the canal and a boat dock. Parking is complimentary.

This hotel has seven guest cottages. All cottages feature southwestern Caribbean décor, wicker rattan furnishings, and tile and wood floors. The Nassau Palm Hotel offers 183 guestrooms in two terra-cotta-colored, five-story buildings. All rooms have full or French (sliding door and railing) balconies. Work desks include high-speed Internet connections (surcharges) and dual-line speakerphones. Small tile bathrooms contain shower/tub combinations or stall showers without tubs. Decor includes carpeted floors and floral bedspreads.
