The resort offers 168 one- and two-bedroom condos in three-story salmon-colored buildings arrayed on both sides of a street separating a beach/ocean section from a marina section. All condos include balconies or ground-floor patios.
Additional amenities include fully equipped kitchens; living/dining rooms with dining sets and thickly cushioned rattan furniture; tile floors; floral fabrics; shower/tub combinations; and ceiling fans in addition to air conditioning. In-room safes are available for a daily surcharge. DVD players and DVDs can be rented at the front desk.
Massages are offered in an air-conditioned room and an open-air, ocean-view cabana (surcharge). Complimentary activities at Island Seas Resort include pool aerobics, karaoke, and bingo, with complimentary supervised activities offered for children ages 5-12. A small, complimentary fitness room contains free weights and an exercise bike. Use of a laundry room is complimentary.
