This hotel has seven guest cottages. All cottages feature southwestern Caribbean décor, wicker rattan furnishings, and tile and wood floors. Amenities include full kitchens, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless Internet access, CD and DVD players, and complimentary bottled water. Hair dryers and iron/ironing boards are available on request.

Guestrooms have one king or two queen beds and include a private patio with a sliding glass door. Guests are pampered with terry bathrobes, toiletries, hairdryers, and beach towels. Rooms have a VCR, but there is no phone or television in the room.

This resort is located on the southern tip of Cat Island, overlooking Exuma Sound. It has its own 3100-foot, newly resurfaced airstrip. The hotel offers bonefishing, deep sea fishing, full PADI dive center & retail shop, beach combing, birdwatching, and guided snorkeling. There’s a restaurant and lounge at the hotel, and also an outdoor pool.
